Privacy Policy

studio360 helps artists create, manage, and publish artist websites, artwork pages, exhibitions, media libraries, and contact forms. This policy explains what information studio360 collects, how it is used, and the choices available to you.

Information we collect

  • Account information, such as your email address, display name, username, password authentication data, and sign-in status.
  • Profile and publishing content, such as artist names, biographies, CV entries, contact details, links, artwork details, exhibition details, images, videos, captions, dimensions, locations, and publishing status.
  • Messages sent through public contact or artwork inquiry forms, including name, email address, phone number if provided, message content, and the public page the message came from.
  • Media and file data you choose to upload or import, including files from your device photo library, camera, or file picker, and technical details needed to process those files.
  • Technical information needed to run the service, such as session data, device and browser information, IP address, error logs, upload state, and security events.

How we use information

studio360 uses information to provide the product: account access, profile editing, media upload and processing, website publishing, custom domain setup, contact and inquiry email delivery, support, security, debugging, and abuse prevention.

studio360 does not sell personal information and does not use artist content or uploaded media for advertising profiling.

What becomes public

When you publish a profile, artwork, exhibition, contact section, image, video, link, or custom domain, that content can become visible on the public web. Drafts, unpublished content, account credentials, and private upload state are not intended to be public.

How information is shared

studio360 shares information with service providers that help operate the product, including hosting, authentication, database, storage, email delivery, media processing, and app distribution providers.

Messages submitted through artist contact and artwork inquiry forms are sent to the relevant artist or account email. studio360 may also disclose information if required by law, to protect rights and safety, to investigate abuse, or as part of a business transfer.

Storage, security, and retention

studio360 uses access controls, encrypted transport, authentication, and storage permissions designed to protect personal information. No online service can guarantee absolute security.

We keep information for as long as needed to provide studio360, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, maintain security, and preserve published artist websites. You can request account or content deletion, subject to information we need to keep for legitimate legal, security, or operational reasons.

Your choices

  • You can edit or remove most profile, artwork, exhibition, media, link, and contact content from your studio360 account.
  • You can choose whether to grant camera, photo library, and file access. If you revoke a device permission, related upload features may stop working.
  • You can ask to access, correct, export, or delete personal information associated with your account.
  • You can use a custom public contact email or remove contact information from your published artist site.

Children

studio360 is not directed to children. If you believe a child has provided personal information to studio360, contact us so it can be reviewed and deleted where appropriate.

International processing

studio360 and its service providers may process information in countries other than where you live.

Changes

studio360 may update this policy when the product, providers, or legal requirements change. The effective date above will be updated when changes are made.
